Delivery via DHL.

1. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute binding deadlines.

2. Upon delivery to the customer, the risk of loss or damage to products passes at the moment the products are received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier.

3. If the customer designates a carrier themselves that is not offered by Jknife, the risk passes to the customer as soon as the products have been handed over to this carrier.

4. Jknife is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or government agencies.

5. The customer is responsible for the careful and safe packaging of knives submitted for sharpening or maintenance. The costs of outbound and return shipping, including any costs for insured shipping, shall be borne by the customer.

6. Until the knife has actually been received by Jknife, all risks of shipment to Jknife, including loss, theft, damage, and delay during transport, remain at the expense and risk of the Customer. Jknife is not liable for this. The Customer is solely responsible for the choice of shipping method and for whether or not to insure the shipment. The Customer is advised knives

7. Jknife may reuse the packaging used by the customer for return shipments if, in Jknife's judgment, it is suitable, safe, and in accordance with packaging laws and regulations applicable to Jknife.
